Pete Longhurst, Co-founder, CEO
A veteran in the digital space, with 17 years experience in video, branded content, strategy, ideation, development, search marketing and social media. A key role of any CEO is to obsess about building world class products, world class teams and enviable reputations; and "with our amazing team, we believe we're smashing it!"
Pete is usually on an alternative fitness regime and fad diet. Or drinking Jack Daniels.
Patrick Dowling, Co-founder, COO
Patrick works across Strategy, Finance, Operations, People and Processes at 7C. A serial digital executive, he has over 15 years experience including Handbag.com, (sold to Hearst in 2006), Kontraband, (sold to Dennis Publishing in 2009) and COO Digital for the Telegraph Media Group.
A non-coffee and non-tea drinker, you will usually find him immersed in data with a bottle of water (or beer), out running another 5k, or spending time with his wife and two young children.
Jill Berman, Operations Director
Jill leads the client services team and operations for our data, analytics and technology partners. A Silicon Valley native, Jill's 20 years in the technology industry include computer vision-based adtech and broadcaster-grade video platforms.
Having lived and worked in five countries (the last 12 in the UK), you'll find her mainly in Hackney on the weekend tending to her roof garden.
Harry Hughes, International Business Director
Working across both our New York and London offices, Harry is responsible for 7C's international business portfolio. With over 11 years experience in video, branded content, and ideation he is a passionate brand strategist focussed on our continued expansion across the US and new markets.
When not collecting air miles, Harry can be found playing uncle duties, quoting Alan Partridge or somewhere peaceful with his head in a book.
Shaun McAllister, Sales Director
Shaun’s over 12 years in the media industry includes tenures at Associated Newspapers, Northern & Shell and Mode Media. Having joined 7C in February 2016 as Sales Director, he and his team are responsible for driving agency partnerships.
If he's not in the gym boxing or walking his sausage dog, he will be engrossed in property sites and apps.

With 14 (dog) years of experience in digital media, I decided to join these guys as part of my long term ambition to take over the world of advertising one dog walk at a time.
