Operations Manager / London Office

 

We’re an award winning independent Social Media agency working with great clients’ like BAFTA, Old Spice, L’Oreal, Disney, Samsung, Aston Martin and Nike helping them increase awareness of their branded video content across the web and made popular in YouTube and Facebook.

 

We’re looking for a smart, strategic and energetic person with a comprehensive knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Google SEO & SEM, Twitter and the rest of the digital landscape, to embrace our current practices and help steer us into greater efficiencies and new commercial partnerships.

 

You’ll already have excellent organisational and analytical skills, work in digital and previous experience in managing a team. You’ll be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for branded video campaigns and an understanding of what makes them so popular.

 

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of all campaigns, effectively and within budget across a range of media partners and platforms.

 
You will:

  • Have excellent people skills – if you don’t, stop now
  • Have at least 2 years video or social media experience
  • Have Management experience in a digital environment
  • Have passion for branded video
  • Have run your own blog or social community – to separate yourself from the crowd.
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and show attention to detail in all your work

  • Have analytical skills far outstripping that of just adding and subtracting in Excel.

    We’re looking for a smart individual who will be required to manage our clients’ campaigns through booking to deployment to writing campaign reports. You’ll need to have excellent written English and spend far too much time on YouTube, Facebook, and the social space in general.

    Senior Account Executive US

     

    We’re looking for a smart individual that will be selling our video seeding services to creative and media agencies and clients’ direct. You’ll be based on the East or West Coast and play an important role in expanding our existing customer base and coverage within the US.

    Job Description:

    • You are a driven individual with over two years digital sales experience
    • You will be based in New York, LA or San Francisco
    • You will be responsible for selling viral video (social video content) to the major media and creative agencies in the US and selling our social media offering to clients direct.
    • You will need to be incredibly tenacious, hardworking and organized
    • The role requires strong face-to-face and inter-personal skills.
    • The role will be very rewarding financially for someone prepared to work hard but also smart.
    • You will not be micro managed and as such you should be able to work solo much of the time using your initiative as much as possible. That said full support would be on hand from our small US team and the rest of the team in the UK
